What happens after I receive my invoice?

Payment is due monthly at the beginning of the month eight days after issue date or a $30 late fee will be added. Payments may be made by cash, check or credit/debit. Charter students will receive an invoice for your records only as the charter will be paying us directly.

Invoices are created using a 4 week month. If the last week of the month is not a full week the week will be invoiced to the month with the most days. For example: Monday August 31st will be charged on the September Invoice.

For questions regarding your invoice please contact crystal@huntington-music.com.

Yes we are. We are vendors for iLead Exploration, Sage Oak, Pacific Coast and Granite Mountain.

How do the Charters work?

You will need to request a purchase order from your school by the month. Purchase orders must be submitted before we can begin lessons. Purchase Orders should be made out to Huntington Music.

For questions regarding Charters please contact crystal@huntington-music.com.

Can my child change their mind regarding instruments?

Of course. We understand that it takes a bit of time to find the right fit. We do however recommend having them stick to one instrument for a whole semester before they change as the beginning lessons are the hardest to enjoy.

What if I have to cancel a lesson?

Students may cancel lessons up to 48 hours before the scheduled time in order to be eligible for a makeup lesson. Cancellations due to unexpected circumstances MAY be eligible for a makeup lesson due to the studios discretion. Students must contact the studio directly to cancel a lesson NOT the student's teacher. STUDENTS WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY NO CALL NO SHOWS.

Students are eligible for a makeup lesson if the following criteria is met: personal injury or illness, instructor cancels. If the studio is unable to reschedule the lesson, the student will receive a credit for the next month. Makeup lessons expire 30 days after the canceled date.

How do I reschedule lessons?

If you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson please talk to the front desk or email her at samantha@huntington-music.com.

What does my child need to bring to their lessons?
